Julia K. Luna, LMP
Julia Luna is the founder, owner and massage therapist at MoonRock Massage Therapy & Spa. Her mission is to help relieve your pain, stress and improve body functions and mobility.
Julia is a CMA (certified medication aide) and has experience in the medical field as a CNA. From this experience, Julia brings expertise, compassion, and comfort to her clients with various medical conditions.
Julia uses her detailed knowledge of neuro-muscular anatomy to effectively address problems ranging from tension headaches to plantar fasciitis (head to toes). Her massage technique is not the standard routine you may be used to receiving. She incorporates multiple bodywork techniques, including myofascial release, hot stones, cupping and stretching into each massage.
Hot towels, essential oils, aromatherapy and hot stones are a part of her custom MoonRock massage at no upcharge because she believes each client should benefit from these. She puts her heart into her work in order to give you a unique, personalized experience.
Julia cares deeply about supporting you in living a healthy life. She’ll intuitively create a custom massage experience that will have you feeling like you received exactly what you needed.
Heather Marie Wilson
Heather Marie is your Licensed Esthetician at MoonRock Massage Therapy & Spa. She came to MoonRock with a desire to help people feel rejuvenated and relaxed. She is skilled at providing facials, lash lifts, brow lamination and waxing. Book services with Heather here.
Heather understands that getting the correct treatment is important for every skin type. This is why she performs a skin analysis before your appointment along with a consultation so you are provided with the best for YOUR skin.
Heather went to school at the age of 47 to become an Esthetician and fulfill a long-time dream. She attended La’James International College in Cedar Rapids. There, she worked hard as an example to her kids, who she has always told to follow their dreams no matter what!
She is a mom of three beautiful children; Myah, Jaymus and Zeplyn. She was lucky to become part of a great family and gain a wonderful boyfriend Mike and his beautiful daughter, Lila. They, along with family and friends, have been a great support as she follows her passion.

Why “MoonRock?”
The name MoonRock is an intersection of heritage and a mother’s love. While it honors the Latin roots of Julia Luna’s surname—meaning "Moon"—the true inspiration came from her daughter.
When she was just two years old, she began collecting "moon rocks" in her pockets to feel close to Julia while they were apart, inspired by their shared promise that they were always together under the same moon.
For Julia and her daughter, it was the perfect name for a place dedicated to wellness and nurturing the spirit. It serves as a daily reminder of the importance of being good to ourselves and those we love.
